Sara Elizabeth


Sara believes in mindful movement as a way to relieve anxiety and strengthen the mind.  Linking breath with movement,  Sara's classes mix strength and mobility exercises into a creative vinyasa flow that works to reverse postural imbalances and muscular tension related to chronic stress.  

You can expect a supportive and adaptable practice where students are encouraged to listen to their bodies, take up space, and explore.
