Jess Be Yoga


Jess believes yoga is for EVERY BODY. Her classes are accessible, trauma-informed, slow in style and always empowering.

A 300-hour Breathe Yoga + Wellness Centre graduate, she has gone on to specialize in trauma, mental health and addictions.

Specialty classes include Yoga For All (with bigger bodies in mind) and BIPOC Yoga (special safe spaces for Black, Indigenous, People of Colour).

Jess is passionate about movement that helps celebrate bodies and all that they can do.
